One member of the team wears the harness and the other tries to bounce a tennis ball onto each disc. One tennis ball must be on one disc for the team to win. If a ball goes missing it is the team's responsibility to get it back.
The Velcro discs can be placed anywhere on the harness. This includes the shoulders or even the back for something more difficult.
